And if you really want to go it alone..

Bus & taxi

From just outside Malaga airport you can catch a bus into Marbella. Transfer time is appoximatly 45 minutes. Public transport is very cheap in Spain and generally very reliable. Taxi ranks can be found outside the terminal buildings.

Once in Marbella getting around is very easy either on foot or by using one of the local buses that zip around town. Taxis are in abundance - most are metered.
