Restaurants are aplenty in Berlin you can enjoy a variety of cuisines at all budget levels. Although in the past it has been the West side of Berlin that has previously dominated the culinary headlines the east side is now excelling.

Cafes & daytime

Cafes are on almost every street corner in Berlin. Many offering a varied menu. They are fantastic places to really soak up Berlin's atmosphere with a coffee and cake. Many also carry on the tradition of serving all day 'German' breakfasts.

Areas to eat

Generally restaurants can be found all over Berlin. You can find good Turkish outlets in Kreuzberg, Italian in Mitte and Schoneberg. Asian restaurants in the Friedridhshain and Charlottenburg areas.
